Refund Eligibility:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.

However, if you receive a wrong or damaged item, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions.

Conditions for Refund Consideration:

 To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

a. The customer must provide an unpacking video clearly showing the condition of the received item(s) at the time of the delivery.

b. The customer must send an email to Hobbies Store with the unpacking video attached and a description of the issue.

c. The return process must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

 Inspection Process:

Once we receive your email and verify the provided video and after our team has inspected the returned item(s) to confirm the damage or error and If the item(s) meet the eligibility criteria, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.

 Exclusions:

 Refunds will not be provided for items damaged due to mishandling or misuse by the customer.

Refunds will not be provided for items that have been used or altered from their original condition.

The videos provide a comprehensive display of the coins/notes variety, ensuring a fair understanding of their authenticity. Nevertheless, the authenticity and rarity of the coins remain indisputable due to their extensive historical lineage.
